This fully automated stator production line is specially developed for the mass production of 

stators used in standard water pumps and deep-well pump motors, particularly for stators 

with long stack lengths. The entire system is built with intelligent automation and modular 

flexibility, making it ideal for high-throughput, low-labor manufacturing environments.

• Main Phase: 4 coils, 800 turns, wire size 0.4mm copper

• Auxiliary Phase: 2 coils, 650 turns, wire size 0.4mm copper

• Output Capacity: ≥1,500 stators in 10 hours (excluding manual work and material changeover)
