Introduction:We can produce different dimensions of insulation material for stator and armature slot.
- Specification
6630 DMD is DMD-Polyester fiber non-woven fabric/Polyester film/Polyester fiber non-woven fabric.
The heat resistance Class is B Class (130 °C).
DMD-Polyester fiber non-woven fabric/Polyester film/Polyester fiber non-woven fabric has excellent dielectric and mechanical property, high tensile strength and heat resistance.
DMD-Polyester fiber non-woven fabric/Polyester film/Polyester fiber non-woven fabric can be used as slot, interturn and liner insulation for B-grade motor and electric appliances.
We can produce different dimensions of insulation material as per customer's requirement.There are different insulation material, DMD B/F class, Red Polyester film,Class E, Red Vulcanized Fiber, Class A.

It will be better if customer could send us detailed drawing including below information.
1. Insulation material type: insulation paper, wedge, (including DMD,DM, polyester film, PMP,PET, Red Vulcanized Fiber)
2. Insulation material dimension: width, thickness, tolerance.
3. Insulation material thermal class: Class F, Class E, Class B, Class H
4. Insulation material applications
5. Required quantity: normally its weight
6. Other technical requirement.
