This fully automatic stator production line is specifically designed for manufacturing BLDC (Brushless DC)
motor stators. The line consists of core machines including an insulation paper inserting machine, terminal
pressing machine, needle winding machine, stator terminal assembly press, electrical performance testing
machine, and a traceability system. Materials are manually loaded, and each process step is completed
automatically through robotic arms and a belt conveyor line. Process parameters can be configured via
the HMI and saved for future use. High automation, smart control, and minimal labor requirements ensure
enhanced efficiency and production consistency.

Machine Breakdown 1. BLDC Stator Paper Inserting Machine Equipped with mechanical, servo, and pneumatic systems, this machine completes insulation paper
forming, chamfering, and inserting automatically. Dual-edge chamfering reduces paper interference
during winding and improves product qualification rate. Human-machine interface (HMI) simplifies
operation with high speed, low noise, and minimal adjustments.
2. Stator Terminal End Cap Pressing Machine Features double-hand safety start, emergency stop, adjustable stroke, and axial guidance to prevent
deformation. Automatically separates defective parts before the next step. Compatible with manual
loading and automatic unloading; adaptable to fully automatic lines.
3. Needle Winding Machine for BLDC Stator A dual-station servo-controlled system capable of automatic lead wire hooking, precise winding, layering,
indexing, clamping, cutting, and demolding. Specially designed for BLDC motors such as fan motors,
bladeless fan stators, and other compact brushless applications.
