This automatic motor stator coil winding and inserting machine is used to winding stator coil and insert stator coils. The winding line is consisted three stand-alone machines respectively. Each machine will finish the action automatically and independently. 

During operating, user should load stator core, wire, and wedge into the related working position. Then press start button. Machine will automatically wind the wire into coils in the winding station. All the coils will be wound into tooling orderly. Then the turntable will rotate to the coil inserting station. Machine will automatically cut, form and insert wedge together with the coil inserting process. After all the process, user can unload the stators.
