DMD is made of two layers of polyester fiber paper with one of polyester film. It is a three-layer combined material. It shows excellent mechanical and electrical properties and good heat resistance.

Technical requirement

Surface should be bright and clean, no small holes, delaminating, mechanical impurity or damage. Drape or bubble is permitted under the allowable thickness tolerances. After opening, the surface should not stick.

Thickness: 0.15~0.4mm

Width: 5mm~1000mm

Thermal class: Class B

Color: White

Application: it is widely used in slot, phase and liner insulating of motor, transformer and so on.
