Process Modules & Key Features:
Paper Inserting Machine
Compatible with a wide range of stator sizes and slot configurations.
Production cycle ≤1s/slot (excluding tooling change time).
Initial pass rate ≥99%; after rework ≥99.9%.
Customizable for different insulation materials and paper types.

Coil Winding Machine
Supports various wire diameters and stator specs.
Most efficient configuration: 8 working stations with 4 winding heads.
Ideal for high-slot-fill-rate, small-slot-opening stators.
Capable of:
Supports 2-pole / 4-pole / 6-pole coil winding.
Parameters set via HMI with adjustable wire tension control.

Coil Inserting Machine
Automatically inserts coils and wedges into stator slots.
Reduces labor and increases accuracy and consistency.
Suitable for copper and aluminum wires.
Compatible with polyester film wedge rolls of fixed width and thickness (as per customer specs).

Lacing Machine

Forming Machine
Performs pre-forming and final forming of stator coils.
Enhances shape accuracy for better lacing and assembly.
Full hydraulic system with industrial PLC control.
Cycle time ≤14s/set (excluding loading/unloading).
Suitable for production lines requiring high consistency and speed.

Stator Testing Machine
Final quality check post-assembly.
