The induction motor stator coil winding machine is equipped with 4 working station and 2 winding heads. Machine is suitable for stators with high slot filling rate, small slot opening or high production capacity requirement. During machine running, after start button is pressed, this coil winding machine will automatically put the coil into the transfer former orderly.

1.Power on the machine

2.Thread wire this this motor

3. Set the winding parameter in the touch screen

4. Press the "start" button

5. Machine will do winding process automatically

6.After finishing the winding, machine will stop

7.Take out the wire from the tooling.
