This stator lacing machine is suitable for big type or heavy type stators to do coil lacing. Operator needs to load the stator manually then machine will automatically do the lacing process after start button is pressed. 

(1) Machine function and characteristic:

It is in horizontal style. Servo motor completes thread hooking; PLC and HMI could set up jumping height of hooking needle, slot-by-slot lacing, slot-skipping lacing or fancy lacing. It is applicable for the stator of multi-height coils and heavy stator. Horizontal style is movable, lifting and direction-adjustable, which is convenient for the lacing and efficiently reduce the labor strength.
