Automobile Induction motor stator winding slot paper inserting machine

(1) Introduction:

This automatic stator slot paper inserting machine is used for insulation paper and wedge inserting especially for simple winding inserting machine. This automatic paper inserting machine is used for preparing insulation paper and wedge. It inserts the paper wedge into jig so that operator could transfer wedge into the depot of semi-auto coil inserting machine, insulation paper Wedge feeding, edge folding(optional) and forming process are all done automatic by machine. It features as easy operation, fast tooling change, the machine is suitable for small quantity with multi sizes stator production.

The automatic stator winding slot paper inserting machine comprises a paper feeding mechanism, an insulation paper forming device and a paper inserting mechanism for inserting the formed insulation paper into a stator winding slot, where in the insulation paper forming device and the paper inserting mechanism are arranged inside a chassis, the chassis is also provided with a rotating mechanism for rotating a stator, and the paper feeding mechanism, the insulation paper forming device, the paper inserting mechanism and the rotating mechanism are connected with a controller inside the chassis. The paper feeding, the forming, the insertion and the stator rotation can be controlled by the controller, so the stator winding slot paper inserting machine has the advantages of high automation degree and high working efficiency.

The cutting edge of insulation paper should be neat, no damage, and free of burr. The stator should not be deformation and stator lamination should not be upward resulting from paper inserting.

The whole set of tooling can be changed, and it takes about 30min.

Machine will stop automatically when paper jams.

With a text displayer, this machine can display and set all different models’ parameter.

Primary qualification rate ≥99%, after rework, the rate ≥99.9%

Production capacity ≤1s/slot (exclude the loading/unloading time)

Paper width: stator stack length+14mm, edge folded: according to customer’s requirement.

Operator needs to stand while operating.

This machine adopts single hand system button.

This paper inserting machine is suitable for Polyester Film insulation paper roll material with thickness 0.25mm and fixed width(width is decided by customer)
