On October 24, 2025, the MCPP (Motor Components Purchasing Platform) Annual Strategic Supplier Summit 

was successfully convened at the fourth-floor conference hall of NIDE Headquarters. President Mr. Lin Qifa, 

together with the MCPP leadership team and senior executives from the Group, attended the event and delivered speeches. 

Forty-five representatives from twenty-nine key suppliers were invited to participate, joining NIDE-MCPP to explore 

new opportunities for cooperation and create new momentum for shared growth.

With the theme “United for Excellence, Winning the Future — Building a New Global Ecosystem for the Motor Industry,” 

the summit unveiled MCPP’s strategic roadmap for the years ahead. The blueprint outlines NIDE’s development direction 

amid the ongoing transformation of the global motor industry landscape and further strengthens the upstream-downstream 

collaboration framework. The conference marked an important step toward advancing the motor components alliance 

in digitalization, internationalization, and coordinated development, driving the ecosystem to achieve new milestones.

Seizing the Momentum of the Era and Shaping the Blueprint for Future Growth

President Lin reviewed the growth journey of NIDE Group — from its origins in motor equipment 

manufacturing to the establishment of a comprehensive three-pillar business structure. Throughout 

its development, NIDE has remained dedicated to providing world-class motor-manufacturing 

solutions and services to customers worldwide. With continuous innovation and steady expansion, 

the company has built a professional and integrated brand image in China’s motor-manufacturing 

sector. President Lin emphasized that NIDE is committed to building a complete industrial ecosystem, 

empowering the global motor industry through innovation, and creating a world-class one-stop 

procurement platform for motor components (MCPP) to serve global markets. President Lin further noted 

that the inception of MCPP stems from deep insight into industry megatrends. The reconstruction 

of globalization and the re-shoring of supply chains are bringing historic opportunities. As the“mother of industry,”

the motor sector relies heavily on efficient component circulation, which directly affects industrial progress. 

He stated that MCPP will leverage innovation and resource integration to support enterprises and partners 

in achieving high-quality, sustainable growth in global markets. President Lin also outlined the vision ahead: 

to continuously advance NIDE’s global presence and ensure comprehensive coverage of core and emerging markets. 

“Partnership is not merely about transactions; it is about building a shared future. Only by walking together 

can we win the future,” he remarked. His insights and forward-looking strategic perspective instilled strong 

confidence among all supplier partners in attendance.


Driving Collaborative Innovation and Shaping a New Landscape for Industry Transformation

Following President Lin’s strategic address, Ms. Zou, Head of Sales for MCPP, shared insights on global industry 

trends and the mission of the platform. She noted that the global motor industry is undergoing structural 

reshaping and regionalized development. 

In this period of profound change, only companies with strong integration capabilities and innovative strength 

can seize the initiative. MCPP was established in response to this trend, aiming to promote high-quality, 

collaborative development across the global motor industry with an open and mutually beneficial approach.

 Next, Ms. Zhang from the Procurement Center delivered a keynote on “Building a Trust-Based, Win-Win Supply Chain.” 

She emphasized that a stable, secure, and efficient supply chain is the cornerstone of sustainable business growth. 

NIDE has always adhered to the principle of “integrity in cooperation and steady co-prosperity,”upholding responsible 

business conduct and a pragmatic, efficient management system to safeguard its partners’ interests. Through 

the shared MCPP platform, NIDE will work hand-in-hand with suppliers to expand global markets and achieve

long-term value co-creation and shared success.

Mr. Kong from the Marketing Center shared NIDE’s achievements in digitalization and internationalization from 

the perspectives of brand strategy and global communication. He stated that through systematic brand building and a 

strategic digital communication approach, NIDE is continuously strengthening its global brand presence, showcasing 

the professionalism and quality of “Made in China” to more international customers. Looking ahead, NIDE will 

work closely with partners to deepen brand collaboration and jointly create a new, internationally competitive brand 

landscape for the motor industry.

At the signing ceremony, Mr. Wang, representing the suppliers, delivered a speech. He expressed his honor in 

being among the first strategic partners to participate in the development and growth of the platform. 

Reflecting on years of collaboration, he noted that both sides have consistently adhered to the principles of integrity, 

mutual trust, and win-win cooperation, building strong partnerships and a solid foundation of trust through 

shared challenges and achievements.

Mr. Wang highlighted that over time, the collaboration has fostered an efficient, stable, and mutually reinforcing 

mechanism, ensuring alignment not only in product quality and service responsiveness but also in responding to 

market changes and optimizing supply chains. He emphasized that it is this practical and trustworthy spirit of cooperation 

that has established a robust bridge for joint progress. He further noted that the establishment of the MCPP platform 

brings new development opportunities across the industrial value chain and creates broader growth space for partners. 

Looking ahead, both parties will continue to drive innovation, strengthen trust, deepen collaboration, and jointly set 

industry benchmarks, writing a new chapter of shared success and value co-creation.


Core Partners Join Forces to Launch a New Chapter of Strategic Collaboration


The signing and award ceremony for the first batch of strategic partners marked a significant milestone in 

NIDE’s efforts to build a robust core supply chain and enhance brand value. At the event, NIDE formally 

signed strategic cooperation agreements with four key suppliers. Both parties will engage in deep collaboration 

on product quality, technological innovation, and supply chain coordination, working together to expand markets 

and strengthen brand competitiveness.

President Lin presented the four partners with plaques recognizing them as “Core Strategic Partners,” 

in appreciation of their outstanding contributions to strategic collaboration. The ceremony not only reflected 

mutual trust and commitment but also opened a new chapter of joint progress. The event concluded with a 

group photo of all participants, commemorating this milestone moment. Looking ahead, NIDE will continue 

to deepen cooperation with its partners and jointly drive high-quality development across the industry.
