Open segment stator winding technology

The automatic stator winding machine is an open linear segmented stator winding machine equipment, suitable for the production of chained phase open pole stators.The stator is opened out so it can be laid on the winding machine as a continuous chain of poles. The winding machine adopt needle coil winding technology with 3 needles.Three stators can be wound simultaneously depending on the stack size. The chain is rolled up to form the completed stator after winding.This winding style gives improved efficiencies in motor operation and production by reducing material costs, size and weight. This has a huge benefit on the environmental impact of the motor during manufacture and service.
