Tubular motor applications:

The tubular motor is applied to all kinds of tubular curtain motors, which are suitable for intelligent electric curtains, roller shutter, blinds, opening and closing curtains, sunshades, roller blinds, Roman blinds, soft curtains, wind curtains, honeycomb curtains, Electric opening and closing curtains, electric roller blinds, electric blinds, outdoor awnings, outdoor blinds, outdoor sun visors, hollow venetian blinds, full or semi-light-shielding guide roller blinds.

Tubular motor structure:

The main structure of the tubular motor is assembled by motor and gear box. It has the functions of deceleration and lifting torque. The motor provides high-speed, low-torque speed output, and the gearbox is connected to the motor. Under the meshing transmission big gears and small gears inside the gearbox, the output speed of the motor is reduced, and the torque is increased to drive the curtains, achieving the desired transmission effect. We usually adopt DC motor, stepper motor, brushless motor as transmission power, gearbox ratio, torque, rotation speed can be customized according to requirements.

1. Tubular motor stator insulation paper inserting machine

This automatic stator slot paper insertion machine is used to inserting insulation paper into the stator slot from the bottom of stator slot automatically.

2. Tubular motor stator winding and coil inserting machine

3. Tubular motor stator coil forming machine

The Automatic Stator Coil Winding Forming Machine is driven by hydraulic system, PLC programming, individual guard teeth in each slot settlers field wire and jump wire to ensure the reliability of electrical leakage distance.

4. Tubular motor stator coil lacing machine
